Your Beautiful Lie

I Lie awake in bed at night
And think about your lie
Do you want to be different?
I can't let go of the truth
To you, this is just a game
It's a beautiful lie
It's a perfect denial
Such a beautiful lie to believe in

It's time to forget about the past
To wash away what happened last
Hide behind an empty face
Don't ask too much the same
'Cause this is just a game
It's a beautiful lie
It's a perfect denial
Such a beautiful lie to believe in

Lie.

Everyone's looking at me.
I'm running 'round in circles
A quiet desperation's building higher
I've got to remember this is just your game
Your beautiful lie.

How Much Can You Know About Yourself If You Have Never Been In A Fight?

"Make these your primary action items"

"What kind of dining set defines me as a person?"

"We just gave it a name"

"In Tyler we trusted"

"IN THE END, WHO WOULD YOU FIGHT?"

Do Not

Sam & Dean

I went to hell for you, so you could come back.

Yeah.  I'm Batman.

We are funny when we are together.

The Architect

It is interesting reading your reactions.
By design, based on a similar predication, a contingent affirmation that was meant to create a profound attachment to the rest of your species for facilitating the function of the One.
Your experience is far more specific - vis-à-vis...love.
Which brings us, at last, to the moment of truth, wherein the fundamental flaw is ultimately expressed and the anomaly revealed as both beginning and end.
There are two doors.
As you adequately put, the problem is choice.
But we already know what you are going to do, don't we?
Already I can see the chain reaction. The chemical precursors that signal the onset of an emotion designed specifically to overwhelm logic and reason.
An emotion that is already blinding you from the simple and obvious truth.
And there is nothing you can do to stop it.

Evolution

A revolution has begun
The ultimate defense
Revolve around yourself just like an ordinary man
The only other option is to forget

The policy is set and we are never turning back
It's time for execution; time to execute

The evolution is coming.
A revolution has begun.

Trust Me

Well if you wanted honesty, that's all you had to say.

What will it take to show you that it's not the life it seems?

I'm not okay

I've told you time and time again you sing the words but don't know what it means

I'm not okay

To be a joke and look, another line without a hook

You wear me out

Forget about the dirty looks

You said you read me like a book, but the pages all are torn and frayed

But you really need to listen to me

Because I'm telling you the truth

I mean this, I'm okay!

Trust Me

Well, I'm not okay

I'm not o-fucking-kay

In Defense Of Our Dreams

The age of man is over.  A darkness comes at dawn.
These lessons that we've learned here, have only just begun.
